With an online audience of over 300 people, Trevor hosted a fireside chat with Keith Richards, Managing Director of Engagement and CEO of the Personal Finance Society, which is part of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK). They discussed how the CII, as an international professional body, maintains the wellbeing of its employees. It was a wide-ranging conversation that served as an example of a case study of best practice.
