Liz Smith

Liz is an IECL Certified Organisational Coach (Level 2) and FCIPD, with over 320 paid professional coaching hours. Prior to joining The Orchard Partnership, she was Head of Executive Coaching at one of Asia’s management development companies in Hong Kong and the AP region for 16 years.

Liz has extensive experience managing and delivering major coaching assignments to C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, business and government leaders. She works closely with corporate clients to devise and implement the coaching solutions that best meet their needs. In addition, Liz delivers one-to-one executive coaching, cross-cultural coaching, outplacement services and spousal assistance programmes. Her clients have included many leading multi-national companies.

Before moving to Hong Kong in 2001, her career background was in Human Resources and worked as the Human Resources Advisor at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising (London) for over 10 years. She also worked as a Careers Advisor with the Department of Employment.
